Returns

We want you to be happy with your new purchase. Our Returns are easy!
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for  return shipping fees, unless the order was damaged when received. At this time, RootsLane does not offer any exchange(s).
How to Return:

1. Please look up your order by entering your email and order number below, if item qualifies for return go ahead and request a return. Wait for our response.
2. Once you receive return approval email, follow return instructions. Please indicate the RA number on the outside of the box, without RA# your return may be delayed. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip. Drop the package off at ANY convenient carrier location, remember return shipping fee is your responsibility.
3. We are not responsible for any lost returns, please use a shipping method with a tracking number.
