We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. We do not accept checks or money orders at this time.

What can I do if I want to change an order that was already made?

If you placed an order and would like to make any changes, you can email us at If your order has not been shipped out of our warehouse yet, we can do our very best to make that change for you. However, if your order has been shipped already, we cannot make any changes immediately.

Why do you charge a sales tax for California residents?

We charge a sales tax to California residents because our Company and warehouse is physically located in California.

Once I make a purchase, when do you ship the order?

Our order processing time is 3-7 business days, this is in addition to the shipping transit time. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your order has been shipped out of our warehouse.

May I place an order over the phone?

What happens if an item is out of stock but I’d like to purchase it?

If an item is out of stock in your size and you would like to purchase the item, please click the link that states “Sold out in your size?”. A pop up window will appear for you to enter your email address to our waiting list.  We cannot make any guarantees, but we will do our best to re-stock this item for you.
